Temperature monitor and runout check

This is done by directly monitoring the below said parameters on the spindles during normal operating condition

  • Tool pull force check / Chuck part clamp force check
  • Vibration analysis and balancing
  • Spindle rigidity check
  • Spindle noise and temperature monitor
  • Spindle shaft runout/ Taper runout and test bar runout check
  • Coolant seepage and stator electrical integrity check
